Excellent post Lou! Yep. That pretty much sums it up. I would have a better determination of the overall sculpt if I had a straight on shot of the factory one compared against the prototype. The paints on the prototype are very different with regards to the eyes and brow. That plays a big role in his appearance. The mouth... I can't quite tell. That's a forced angle with the new one, so it reads different. But at any rate, it reads a lot better now whether it was fine tuning the existing sculpt or simply changing the paints. And your right, they definitely shortened the neck.

Indeed Tom, whatever they did, Shazam now looks cool as hell! As far as a head-on shot of Shazam...

got my Shazam today from the LAtoybox (same guys selling them on ebay) from Amazon....nice figure! now the long wait to see who's in Wave 5

I love the way "Shazam" came out, hoping for a Captain Marvel Jr too which will probably not get done. Looking at them all together I still wonder why Superman's head is so flat though

OH MY!!! That is bad-a**!!! Shazam looks spectacular there and that gold truly does smack you right in the face. Superb display! They look fantastic!
