I'd love to see pics. What I'd love even more is if that gonzo guy who was criticizing Bif Bang Pow when the first prototype photos came out were here to eat his words when he made the claim that those translucent heads would be the final product in spite of what BBP said.Places to find PlaidStallions online: https://linktr.ee/Plaidstallions

they look fantastic. question though, how come they were able to get these in this month yet the Lost revamps are still saying January?Comment

The first pair of lost figs & Scott Ian have such waxy heads. Then when you see brilliant prototypes like Zica's Buck Rogers
the lost & the Flash Gordon prototypes were a bit of a downer by comparison.
If Biff Bang Pow can afford retooling costs why argue? Take as LONG as you need on the research & development, if the released figures can look normal.
The fans will appreciate it. The Twilight zone figures were just so AMAZING - It proves that any extra processing time is obviously worth the wait. I've waited 30+ years, what's another 12 months?
Obviously the wait is worth it!!
Seriously though the ad campaign has to reflect the final product at some point, or it may be bad for sales outside of the mego museum community.Last edited by GUYx1; Dec 12, '10, 12:34 PM.Cheers,

interesting thing I noticed about my FG items. I just opened a case of these and several of them had bubbles lifting up from the card. Not enough or not the correct type of glue? I'm not sure, but I will be opening the two with the most 'lift' and warning anyone I sell them to that the glue might not hold.
Also interesting to note that the sword in Flash's bubble does not seem to stay in it's little vaccuformed pocket. 3 out of 4 Flash's in my case had the sword sort of floating around behind the figure rather than in the little sword shaped indentation. Probably due to the loose bubbles and thin cardstock (flexing). Not a big deal, really. Unless you are a collector who likes to display on the cardback.Comment

Muscle swivel bodies
When will we be able to purchase bodies with the swivel arms?
The story with Flash Gordon goes back to July of '09
Now I can offer bodies in regular and muscle swivel. I have held
off getting bodies like this until BBP released Flash Gordon. They
prompted me the decision in the first place, and I don't want to
detract from any FG sales.Comment
