I bought only one though. Low on cash.

It was interesting though, the Black Mantas were all the way in the back of other toys on the peg, against the peg board, as if they were hidden.
The same was true of the Two-Face that I found in Crestwood, IL
The pink card makes it easier to spot though.

    Anyone else have that experience?
Yup - the Bats I found yesterday was "hidden"...

I went back today to try and find Manta and instead found nothing at all. I wonder if they will be getting any more in now that Christmas is over.

Found a Two Face today that completes my second set of Wave 2. Also found a Batman for a friend's son but it took me three pass-thru's before I finally spotted him on a peg behind a few other non-descript toys. Ah, the thrill of the hunt!

I have found that North East Distributing on Amazon sells many DC Retro-Action figures at reasonable prices and usually they ship in a huge bubble-wrapped envelope.

Not a store we have here in Alabama I'm afraid Lou. But yea, the search continues. Although finding that last one would make my year end on a good note.

AJ Wright had Superman and Manta. Picked them up tonight. Waves 1 and 2 complete. Now on to Wave 3.
I have to say, I am less than impressed with the bodies and the way they were produced.
I'll take my Famous Covers any day. But I digress...

Found Batman and Two Face in Cresthill, Ill. and a Batman in DeKalb, Ill.

Went back to Cresthill today and the girl who helped me last week found a Black Manta and saved him for me. Now that's customer service. The old Austin charm works again.

Stopped in the one here near Rochester, NY in Webster last week and they had none. The closest they had was a Large Wolverine Figure.
Stopped in today, and along with the Wolverine figures, I saw 2) Batman and 2) Aquaman figures.
I picked up one of each, even though I have them. This way I can actually open them up.

And I did. The arm/leg joints were really stiff, but eased up after a while.
I see what you guys mean about the pelvis "flop".

    Still....nice figures!

I know of an out of the way TJ Maxx that I hope that I can get to tomorrow and see what they've got.

I've seen Batman every time I've gone to TJ Maxx...but even at $9.99 I can't bring my self to buy one. I see Garcia Lopez's Art on the Card...and it just bums me out thinking what could have been.
