Does anyone have a pic of WW without the hairnet on? Also does the tiara stay one well when the hairnet is removed?

I'm not pitching it. But you're asking the wrong person on that issue. I'm putting mine on a Mego body. That said, I think people who are looking for a new body will not hate it like they do the male body. I think the fingers are odd looking. And I think the inward curve at the knees is not very good looking (though not as bad with Cheetah as WW since shes clothed). Unfortunately not too many other people have them yet but I'll let those who might want to use the body judge when they get them. I do think the lack of waist articulation will put some off though - the top torso piece does not twist at all - just tilts backward and tilts slightly to each side. Here's a side shot.

A hairnet? You mean her hair isn't glued to a style just a net? Thats good news if true. Would love to see the pics when you guys fix the hair and the top. Please tell us how you did it.

The hair is already pretty curled. I'm assuming the net was there to hold the hair in place. I just cut it off with scissors so the hair can move a bit.

I'm raising my WW's emblem higher once I get her,..I suggest you do the same del,..she'll look much better as the rest of her is simply AWESOME!!!!!

So am I. I have her and will start once I'm not so busy. I'll remove the straps too. I don't think she'll fall out of them. I took that hairnet off too that she comes in.

I still love that Captain Cold and Cheetah. Interesting that Cheetah has boots. Don't get me wrong, they're cute. Maybe it's just my poor memory, but I thought she had more paw-like footwear, or stocking feet. I like the proportions on the female bodies, even though the hands do look a bit weird. Flash's outfit and boots are great, but I'm waiting to make a decision on him until I see the headsculpt in person. The only thing I don't love about Wonder Woman is the chest emblem, but that was pretty much already discussed.

I'd love the new boots if they weren't so thick.

Just wanted to throw this in here. Here is a comparison of all the male boots to date. I left the females out, as I don't think anyone is going to be to critical of the sizing of those. Also left out are Two Faces shoes as I don't think they are relevant either.

I think its evident the worst boots of the bunch were the Luthor, GL and Manta boots. These guys have boots that could fit an 8" scale Shaq. Anyway, the main reason I wanted to post this is because this newest wave have by far the smallest boots yet and I think its another great step in the right direction. I think Cold's are still a hair big but Flash's are really not big at all. In fact (I think this will make Joe happy to hear), I've decided to keep Flash's boots on my swapped out Flash. The clincher was when I compared them in size to castaways similar styled boots in the second pic below. They're really not any bigger at all. Though they are still a bit wide when viewed from the front.

Generally, I like this wave!

The "set" hair is something Mattel hasbeen doing with Barbies for some time.

I wish Cheetah was a bit more feral-looking: meaner brows & green eyes.

They all look great swapped, though.

I was in TRU today and found only a few Luther figures. I know I can order this stuff, but dumb as it sounds, I really want to buy it in the store!

I had forgotten how much better the figures look with the bodies switched until I saw these pics again. Did you use EMCE bodies?

I used original Mego bodies on all of these. I used the lower arms and hands from the Mattel figures.

I think they all look fantastic, with the exception of WW's face.....but you know what, my little girl will love it....problem is I still haven't found anymore than Aquaman from wave 2 at the local TRU.....I thought for sure at this time of year i would see lots of them but all they had the other night was Luthor and Sinestro

I couldn't wait... My dreams of having a Mego Flash by Christmas have simply put me on a high I can't fight. I ordered a set of Wave 3 from Amok Time tonight, plus an extra Flash for a buddy of mine. I'm officially smitten. I've waited my whole freaking life for this moment. And I never dared to hope for Captain Cold and he was done superbly. LOVE THE BOOTS on both Flash and the Capt! So now I'll be like a little kid waiting for that UPS truck to pull up in front of my house. YEA!!
