Yeah that is pretty much what I got too. I was just wondering if these would be in before X-mas , Not sure about that now. LOL. Oh well at least I will get them at some point

    3 waves @ 4 characters each + 1 exclusive = 13

I'm not counting the ones on the drawing boards till I see them on the shelf : )

Was the "collect them all" tag line on the previous waves? Did I miss that?
Anyway, I thought that was a nice touch as well.

you have been one of the fairest but toughest critics on here and to get this kind of reception to a wave we worked hard on is truly rewarding.

and thanx for the nod on the boots
Thanks EMCE. I appreciate those kinds words. It means alot to me too. I will always be honest and upfront while trying to give constructive feedback as best as I know how. I would like to see this line go on for a long time! All my best to your family for Christmas! It's certainly merry around my tree thanks to you!!

    Ah! I smell a Re-Mego in there!

    http://megomuseum.com/mmgallery/files/3/7/4/Wave3II.jpg

What do we have here? A Cheetah! Even better looking in person. Great job guys!

Well look who blew in with the wind? My new favorite Mego villian. Capt Cold! Awesome work here. I'm devoting a thread to him and the Flash. Their THAT cool.

The new and considerably IMPROVED Wonder Woman. Another one that kicks arse in person. I think this blows the original Mego out the doors. Great work!

And why not save the best for last? The hero we all dreamt about in the 70's has FINALLY come home for Christmas. Paul and EMCE delivered the goods!

Very nice work gentlemen. Wave 3 is by far the most superior line in the series thus far. Great sculpts; Bodies well made with NO issues; outfits well designed and awesome to display (I especially love Flash & Cold's boots!); and finally excellent character choices - All this AND in time for Christmas! Grand slam guys. You will get only praise from me on this wave. Take a bow Paul and EMCE! Merry Mego Christmas!
Congrats on getting The Flash by Christmas... Flash is king! Am I sensing some enthusiasm here?... Thanks for sharing!

You're talking about the hairnet I'm assuming. I think it's just to keep the hair from getting tangled up and frizzy (my 13 inch DC direct Batgirl variant with rooted hair also came like this as well as Tonner's dolls). I don't think it has anything to with the tiara. The tiara stays on because there's black thread that runs on both sides of the tiara and makes a criss-cross over the hair on top of the head (see stabilio's pics earlier in this thread). It's rather interesting how they did this. You really can't notice the thread too much. I like it. As far as the combing goes, I didn't notice any glue. Once I took the hairnet off, it's cool sailing, just comb near the bottom where the curls are as opposed to the top where the threading is for the tiara.

As far as the top goes, I'll use pretty much the same approach I did with my 13" Wonder Woman...get rid of the straps and sew the back up for a tighter fit so she doesn't fall out of the bustier. I'll probably cut and hem the top part so as not to have it pointy at the top. Won't be for a bit until school lets out.
