BBP licenses bodies from EMCE, but BBP is fully responsible for all production, sales and customer service issues. Contacting EMCE for BBP customer service issues is like contacting Lucasfilm for a broken Hasbro Star Wars action figure. I guarantee you that no person at BBP has ever directed inquires back to Paul or anyone else at EMCE. How can I guarantee this? Because I answer all inbound emails sent to [email protected] and respond to all customer service calls, and I have transcripts to back up what I am saying.

If you email or call Bif Bang Pow! directly about a broken or defective item, we will absolutely send out a replacement to you right away (if in stock) and we will NOT ask for you to send your broken items back. We trust you. We can resolve these issues immediately, with no need to have various other folks call you back. We have simple, iron clad customer service policies. All replacement shipments sent to you are sent from Entertainment Earth, simply because they have all of our physical inventory.

If anyone has had different experiences, I would love to see evidence of who you emailed or called - and I would like an opportunity to resolve any outstanding issues immediately.

    Thank you,
    Jason
Long term, you may want to consider changing your name. There are an awful lot of 'Jason' characters peddling Mego wares these days. I think 'Julio Yoder' would be less common, for example.

If it's so obvious, why don't you answer me instead of posting a snarky icon?

Joe Sena is the other owner of Emce toys. Emce is part of Spherewerx.

                The snarky icon was funnier.

Ah, everybody relax. Re-read the thread with a sense of humor now the all the info has been revealed. It's funny.
I wasn't trying to be mean. I'm sorry. I know it came off that way. But EMCE has one of the best return policies ever. Anyone who has had a problem with one of their figures or Doc Megos parts has had them replaced and all they had to do was send back the original.
Then Jason from BBP! posts and says they have the same policy except they aren't even worried about sending in the broken figure. What could there possibly be to complain about with their customer service!?!?

First off, I work for myself. And my boss is an *******.

EMCE is the toy brand of SphereWerx, which also owns Fearwerx.com, Cinefantastique and our interactive studio Klickwerx. All that and 2.50 will get you a NY subway token.

And frankly, EMCE doesn't really have a customer service policy. Paul replaces any defective 8" product we've been involved in strictly as a courtesy and out of his own pocket. That's Doc Mego service, not EMCE.

And BBP is the toy arm of Entertainment Earth, the pre-eminent collector retail company. Their customer service is superb.

And lastly, I'm changing my name to Jason. As is everyone else in my family.

One quick point - BBP is not owned or operated by Entertainment Earth or visa versa. EE and BBP are separate companies with separate ownership, corporate structures, tax returns, employees, etc. The reason this is important is that Entertainment Earth is not legally responsible for any product that BBP markets or sells. Again, please don't contact EE for BBP product issues unless you ordered directly from EE. EE does have the exclusive distribution rights to sell BBP products, but that is simply a distribution deal because BBP has no physical warehouse.
