All Superman wave 1's were on a yellow card not an orange card, The Supes in the wave 2 cases is not different then wave 1 Supes.

That makes sense - even though Aquaman is not as popular as
he was in 1972, heroes usually sell better than the villians.

    At least among kids.

On second thought - Aquaman may have a better Q rating
these days, thanks to his prominent appearances on Batman:
the Brave and the Bold cartoon.

    Or maybe it's 1 Two-Face and 2 Aquamans - I can't remember exactly,
but the gist was that since Batman and Superman are what kids want,
they should continue to be available.
When i picked Wave 2 up the other day, they had just put out the case.... and i think it was 3 Batman, 1 Two-Face, 2 Aquaman, 1 Black Manta, and 1 Superman.

I still don't know why it's TRU exclusive persay...even if walmart had only bought one case per store they would have sold more figures than all the TRU combined.
I think your right about the sales. I wonder what was the reason? Maybe they were the only one's to show interest so they got the series as an exclusive for them? Just a thought.

About TRU the one's I went to all had really nice employee's, who if they didn't know looked it up for me. I found some don't seem to even carry the figures. Which is odd since they are exclusives??

No sign of Wave 2 in Wichita, Ks. They have no plans to open an Express location. I will wait it out until the end of September, I might have to buy them online.

My TRU only had 2 Batmans and 1 Aquaman. They had one Aquaman awhile back and then it was gone. My son and I asked about Two-Face and the employee said that he wasn't on the truck that morning.
So they are coming in hit and miss.

    Inventory allocation

TRU Express is getting wave 2 first because of the timing. Express is
a short term expansion for the holidays and it has to be stocked now,
so new shipments of product is being routed to the Express stores
over the regular TRU. As more product arrives from China, the
regular TRUs will get wave 2.

The funny thing: the mall is *directly* across the street from Toys R Us.

I don't claim to understand it.
