Classic Teen Titans or The New Teen Titans?

I say keep it Classic as in "RETRO Action" Now if mattel later starts a "Current Action" line then I say go with the new looks. The more we keep going off the beaten path the further away from "Mego" we are getting. -
But the Mego Teen Titans weren't really in scale. Real-life teens aren't that small in comparison to adults.Leave a comment:

To me there is no "true 7 inch scale" that denotes youth. If Mego felt that way, they should have made Robin in the 7 inch scale. So technically speaking, Robin the Boy Wonder is a mistake.

I'd love to see both (obviously), but the originals'll always be near and dearest.
Keeping them all at 7" is just fine for me.., adding variety to the line and a more realistic scale next to their 'mentors'.

I would love to see the Perez Teen Titans. You know we never really got a Robin Teen Titan. Not in the 8 inch scale anyway. To me they should have always been 8 inches. After all Robin the Boy Wonder is 8 inches tall, right? So how could he shrink becoming the Teen Wonder? To me this falls under the idea of fixing what Mego did wrong. Make them regular scale and include Robin as the Teen Wonder.

Classic Teen Titans or The New Teen Titans?
So we pretty much already have a full set of the original Teen Titans produced for the original line (although they are pricey), with only a Titans sized Robin missing from this set.
Would you prefer that they redid the original team (perhaps with Donna in her original outfit?).
Or do you want to see Wolfman and Perez's New Teen Titans from the eighties instead?Tags: None
