Went to Northgate TRU today and bought Lex and Sinestro, nothing else was there. Even Amazon has them on backorder. This is for Seattle peeps.

^^ I can tell you that they won't be getting anytime soon. I made my weekly calls all around and nil for all. Some won't order any new ones until the pegs are very low. Got that answer again.
Keep an eye out for Bellevue. They are out and have re-ordered more retros which might include wave 2.
Tukwila appears to be "reserved" since the day manager told me collectors have been going in and asking for wave 2. Seems he's interested in this line.
Alderwood has nothing in the system for new orders and Everett is awaiting more.
Northgate might be later this week or next week, so she says. LOL

The local comic book store ordered some, so hopefully they'll arrive soon.

Unless things have changed in the last couple of years, Toys R Us stores don't order product, the computer tracks inventory and the warehouse decides what to ship each store based on the sales/inventory info. My local TRU has only had wave 1 in once, been sold out ever since, but I keep checking

I'm wondering if the "not ordering until the pegs are empty" is just a stock answer. Obviously, they don't wait until they are completely empty because there are a ton of mixed wave Star Wars and wrestling figures. So, (and let me preface this by saying I have no idea what I'm talking about, I'm just guessing) I have a feeling they will put out wave 2 even if there are a couple of wave 1 on the shelf. Perhaps the reason there are suddenly full wave 1's on the shelf is that they were in the stock room and they are pushing them through to make room for wave 2.

I checked again yesterday at he TRU in Allen (just north of Dallas) nothing and the same 8 or so wave 1 figures have been hanging there about a month. (all Sinestro and Lex Luthor with one Green Lantern) I'm gonna check the one in Arlington today (just south west of Dallas)

I couldn't find wave 1 or any evidence it was ever there the last time I hit the Buffalo area.

It doesn't seem like Canadian TRU really pays much mind to DCU in general so I'm assuming that Retro Action will be a no go here.

I thought the EXACT same thing. So when I went in person, I usually find an employee (Either cute female or young cool collector kid ) and ask them if they would not mind checking the back to see if they have any sitting in the back room.
They would always come back saying they put them all out and nothing in the back.

As for the ordering, yes the computer keeps track of sales vs. inventory and it re-orders. So if they are still sitting on the pegs, no re-order. This is what they told me and should have clarified earlier.
I have the gut feeling that they will put them out despite Wave 2 being on pegs with the exception of that one TRU that seems they might disappear before hitting the pegs. LOL.

Yes, it is easier to order online and get them like everyone else has but I want to experience seeing an RC Bats, Two-Face, Black Manta and Aquaman on a peg and buying, just like when I was a wee lad. I tried it with the vintage SW figures that just came out and even though I didn't find the wants I wanted, I did enjoy how it felt seeing some on pegs and getting that wow factor going. Only live once.

No change in inventory from last week. 8 Sinestro, 8 Lex, and 2 Green Lanterns hanging on the two pegs out here.

No change in Christiana, DE since my Saturday check, not that I expected one. Was there yesterday, and still 3 full pegs of Lex and Sinestro, plus at least 2 GLs. I did snag the lone Supes that I either missed or overlooked last week since I was just looking at card and boot color.

Received my wave 2 yesterday. I love them!!!

Two-Face is perfect as is Black Manta. Aquaman looks like he has one poppy eye due to a wierd paint job. Batman is pretty cool but I don't like the removeable cape.

I've decided I'm eventually going to switch them to Doc Mego bodies, but I'm in no hurry.
