Contacted 4 TRU via phone and gave them the UPC numbers.
One said to check back Thursday since they will get a shipment of that line.
Two said no plans to get any since they are not listed for the next two weeks on their manifest.
Three said no plans to order since their pegs are warming with Lex and Sinestros. They got 13 cases of Wave 1 so no plans to reorder.
Four said they don't have any but to check back later. This one is known to have scalpers working on the inside. At one time the manager was fired for taking all the Hot Wheels treasure hunts. Fun times.
Well, best bet would be to order online. No awaiting for Friday to check back.

Yea, I think that's the way I'll go. It was fun picking up the first wave on the peg, but for the hassle, I think the thrill is gone.

I ordered a case from Entertainment Earth months ago, and I'll probably do the same with future waves. My closest TRU is 1.5 hrs. away, and it's rarely worth the drive for me to go there.

I ordered from game_city off ebay last week and it was supposedly shipped Wed. via Priority Mail. But no movement shows for tracking. Granted I probably should've had it by yesterday. Anyone else get this? Did he oversell?

I ordered from Game_City and had it after 5 days. BUT I didn't have a weekend in that wait. Remember, alot of post offices have cut back delivery on Saturday and are not open on Sunday. For anyone I buy from, I think a standard 7 to 10 days is reasonable on priority shipping.

I called the Manchester , N.H. today and gave them the u.p.c. codes. The clerk I had on the phone was very nice but could not provide me with any info

I had something shipped from MA Priority yesterday which I will get tomorrow. And I'll have it before my BM from game_city which was shipped out last Wed., so tomorrow will be 7 days. But 10 days seems like a lot for Priority.

i paid for a set on the 10th july ,nothing yet ,the tracking shows only that they intended to post iten ,not that they did post the item ,that being said i bought wave 1 from them and they got here AOK ,5 days USA to UK ,so ill worry and wait a little longer yet , its just the tracking thats hard to take ,by definition you should be able to know roughly where the item is at its last tracking point ,but mine shows that they intended to post it on the 12th july and nothing more ,as for selling out, they are showing 36 sets in stock on there ebay listing ,hope you get your item from them soon cheers chris

I think that is a fair assumption since priority shipping gives you tracking. I would send him a request for the tracking number so you can monitor your shipment. He should have no problem supplying that. He may be using a company that ships for him so he may not be aware there is a problem. I'm sure he would want to know.
