The guy on ebay in LA (game_city) is the one that sold them early for wave 1.

Yep, he gets a lot of stuff shipped straight from China (FOB), as noted when he had wave 1, and it will be the same for wave 3 and so on. Not worth hitting TRUs daily based on this guy having stuff in stock.

I checked all 5 closest to Seattle and nada. Far up as Everett and south as Tukwila.
They don't get a shipment until tomorrow and Friday. So maybe on those?

Maybe the employees of the stores are hoarding them back since they are so new and selling them on eBay for profit. ????

When Wave 1 came out, I checked the TRU website every day. The day they became available on the website, I was able to go to the closest store and though they didn't have them in stock, they called another local store for me. That store had them and they were waiting for me at the counter when I arrived. They hadn't even made it to the shelf. As far as I remember, I think I got them at TRU before anyone else on the board reported finding them in the store. I think it was at least a week after people started receiving their pre-orders from online sources.

Don't know if it will work that way again, but I would say the timing of when they show up on TRU's website is going to be very close to when they begin arriving in stores.

With Wave One, I found them, when they became available, by searching the UPC. Initially, I searched on "Sinestro" figuring there would be less returns to sort out. When Sinestro showed up on that search, I checked the "Additional Info" tab and saw the UPC listed. I found the others by using the UPC that someone had posted in the thread that was going on at that time.

That day was interesting because I searched early in the morning and nothing was available. I checked again on my way out the door at the end of the day and PRESTO, they were there. If I remember right, it was a Tuesday, but I'm not too sure on that.

A local TRU employee told me that all shipments are received in on Tuesday's and Thursday's. Not sure if that policy is across the board for the USA or just some of their stores depending on location.

It does vary from store to store...but Tuesday is usually a given.

I checked in a couple around Boston. They brought out cases of Wave 1 from the back, but no luck on Wave 2.
