Wave 2 sightings

I see that one guy in Los Angeles has wave 2 up on ebay, but has anyone
on the West Coast spotted wave 2 figures in Toys R Us?

I looked Monday and did not see them

I looked today in the Seattle area - less than an hour ago - and did not see...looked yesterday in Tacoma...no dice.

No wave 2 in Delaware TRU

I check the TRU in N. Dallas today and nothing . . . oh well AMOK TIME landed today so I have my Wave 2 figures!! I like em' a lot!! Say what you want about the bodies but this is true greatness!

The guy on ebay in LA (game_city) is the one that sold them early for wave 1.

I'm hoping lightning will strike twice. For Wave One, I was lucky enough to find them in TRU here in Oklahoma ahead of almost anyone who was reporting sightings. I wasn't even looking for them that early, given the unlikely odds that I would find them in the store before folks around LA, NY, Chicago, etc., but a Student at the school I work for works at TRU and she got on the horn and found them for me.

She is working on tracking the next Wave down for me and she will let me know when they hit the stores here. I have my fingers crossed, but I think the timing of Wave One getting here that quick was a fluke.

Nothing but 3 Green Lanterns mixed among 2 full pegs of Lex Luthor and Sinestro here in the Stockton, Ca area.

I check Portland, OR (Tigard store) yesterday and only saw two pegs full of Lex and Sinestro.

Was in TRU in Staten Island NY and Freehold NJ yesterday..just Sinestro, Lex, and GL. Going to Atlantic City tomorrow so I'll be stopping at any TRU that I pass on the way.

Amok Time got them by air, not ocean, so it may be a few weeks before
the main shipment arrives, is unloaded from the ship, trucked to the
distribution centers, and finally arrives in Toys R Us.

I just got Luthors and Sinestros from Amok Time along with wave 2
due to a clerical problems. I have been sitting on Superman and
Green Lantern so I could put complete sets on Dr. Mego's Repros
which will be up by the time you read this - probably!

I got my wave 2 today (from e-Bay) and let me say...Batman is way cooler in person then in photos. I love his long cape and longer ears. His mask doesn't look bad at all when you pull the cape over the neck. His ligher grey on his suit is pretty cool (reminds me of Super Powers Batman) and his oval is perfect. He just looks way better then the original Mego. I gave him a batarang I had left over from DC Direct Batman and he was complete.

Aquaman's outfit is amazing. Again much better then Mego's version (especially the belt) His head isn't as impressive from a distance because you can't make out his nose or mouth,skin too light I think. Still a great figure.
Black Manta is another great figure. He just looks so cool...but my favorite foe in this wave has to be Two Face. I admit I wanted Joker and Penguin before Two Face,but I'm glad to have him. His outfit is great. I'm so glad it was all seperate pieces. I really hope Joker and Penguin get the same treatment and not just a jacket over a screen print one piece suit. They deserve better.
