Wow, Definitely better than the protoypes. I was hating on Batman because I felt the removable Cowl didnt look right, looks better than it did. The neck area doe still look a bit odd though, and that slit in the back that makes me feel uneasy. Other than that I am certainly looking forward to these . Aquaman , Two-Face , and Manta are Fantastic looking. I thought Superman was being reissued in this wave too ? I bought a case and it stated the anticpated Breakdown was Batman x3, Aquaman x2, Two-Face x1, Manta x1, Superman x1, I was anticpating a purple carded Supes could be there.

Batman really doesn't look that bad. In fact I may be tempted to buy one. His Bruce Wayne mold looks great! I really like Aquaman, minus that hip thing. "He's got the hippy, hippy shakes!"

I can't wait to buy these!

I am OK with Aman wearing a speedo. Bats still looks a bit funky with the high shorts/super little pelvis thing going on. I wonder if that would look a bit more like the vintage figure in the 'chase' photo with a DM pelvis exchange operation???

I think Rob C. has a pretty high thong vintage bats. I will just think of that as the inspiration for this sewing pattern.

I must say that 2face and Manta are knockouts and my son is really gonna love that RC bit.

Batman and Aquaman look much better than the production photos, but good God those damn bodies and boots ruin the figures. Such a shame. I am tempted to buy a Batman now though, and fix him up. Was already thinking about picking up Manta. At least with him I would just need a body. He shouldn't have boots anyway.

One thing Amok Toys has always been good with is getting the toys earlier than anyone else...not a big fan of the owner...but they do get the stuff early. Thanks for the pics. I think I'll wait for Toys R Us to get them...Amok is about a 30 minute drive for me and Hempstead Turnpike is just a royal pain on Sundays with the Flea Market in the same shopping center as Amok. I loved his first store when he first opened up about 15 + Years ago. Anyway, Aquaman looks a lot better than the original proto. Still don't like Bats though. I'll probably end up getting all 4...but Twoface is gonna be a DEFINITE pickup for me.

The next thing is, do I open them? Guess it would be selfish NOT to, since if it were someone else I would want loose pics too!

Since I'll probably be getting these at TRU and opening them, I wonder what would happen if after I checked out opened them right there and see if they stand and if not keep picking out new ones and opening then till I get a product that's not broken.
