How about a line of Alice Cooper ReMegos ?

Well said... I agree and I've been saying it too: Just because something (or someone) can be made MEGO style doesn't mean it should be...
Plus, if they wanted to do it right, they'd have to go back and revamp the "skinny" T1 body design because half of the people listed in this thread weren't T2 "buff"... There's no way a muscular Alice Cooper would be believable... He's a golfer, not a weight lifter...
If they'd create Jagger, Hendrix & Morrison figures and they'd have to use the muscle bodies that are out there now days, you'd have to change their histories from abusing drugs and/or alcohol to having abused steroids....
Originally posted by ironmanfanRelax Tony Orlando & Dawn, what I was trying to say was there has to be a stop somewhere or as Clint Eastwood said once "A Man`s Got To Know His Limitations". I think Alice needs to remain a custom figure,it might be better.Leave a comment:

Maybe not this exact lineup, but a rock series would be the way to go, But as someone said the licensing would be a problem.Originally posted by kryptosmasterMore likely I could see a line of Rock Stars instead of an Alice Cooper only line.
I could envision many figures for that line and I actually think they would sell if marketed right.
Jim Morrison
Mick Jagger
Beatles
Jimmy Hendrix
Pat Benatar
Freddie Mercury
Elvis
StingLeave a comment:

I would love to see the whole band with Glen, Neil, Michael, Dennis, and Vincent from when AC was more of a band than a man. If you weren't into the band, you could use the other members for extras in your 1MBC cavemen, or for humans in your ape colony.
If I were to do a custom of the band, I'd like to see Alice dressed in a Wonder Woman t-shirt like the classic I'm 18 video.

Wow, what an awesome likeness. I love it.Here's an Alice Mego I made years ago....
I agree that a series would never sell, but I would love it!Leave a comment:

I am a Cooper fan, and would probably buy one, But the only Mego style band figures I would be really interested in, are 8" KISS.Leave a comment:

Love the customs! I would definitely buy a Mego Alice if it were out there. I think the problem you get into with rock stars is the cost of licensing. Those fees may be too high for the cost ratio at Emce. But then again a company like Mattel who could mass produce them may not feel the the interest is there to take on the risk. Great idea though!Leave a comment:

Even tho I wouldn't buy a Mego Alice Cooper, I still think those customs are coolLeave a comment:

If eMCe ever got attached to Funko, we might could have access to all these and more. Funko has a wacky wobbler for just about all of these musicians (minus Benatar and Sting - I think), plus many more creative licenses like Hanna Barbara, Kroft, and Marvel. Too bad Funko and BBP ain't one and the same.
edit: This is not saying that the licenses for an 8" figure and a wobbler are the same. Just noting that Funko has a big pool of licenses it is already swimming with in a similar vein to BBP.Leave a comment:
