Will Canadian TRU be getting Mattel Superheroes?

I asked a local manager yesterday. she went away for a few minutes then came back and said the DC figures werent due until May. I left, happy I got an answer...then realized she didnt specify Retro Action......I hope thats what she looked up??? It is specifically what I asked??

They DO NOT call them retro action. They are "DCU Worlds Greatest". If you ask for retro action they will not be able to find them.

Yes they are, on eBay, Amazon and even in certain TRU's

Toys R Us is pretty random with which exclusives get to Canada. No Simpsons Main Street, but we did get the White Queen/Black Queen/Silver Wolverine and the 3 3/4 Marvel boxsets of 3 figures recently.

First hand, I saw the Trek re-Mego's at the Victoria Park/Lawrence TRU for a brief time last year.

If it is May, then I'm assuming the comic shops will be getting theirs first? I expect to see some at the upcoming toy shows with a markup.

In Toronto, that means the Silver Snail and the Planet X chain. Although maybe some of the other stores that didn't pick up the Trek's and Ape's might go with the Retro Superheroes. I don't think I saw any store with Night of the Living Dead on the pegs.

I was at the Whitby one last week thinking perhaps they were out since I kept seeing them for sale at various locations on line...but the guy had no idea what I was talking about....I will call and ask a manager to look into it for me....
