Hmmm... to my eyes, the Flash in that sketch above looks more like it belongs to BBP's 7" Flash Gordon line than it does to BBP's 8" Mego-style line.
My guess is that it's more likely that Entertainment Earth intended for it to give you a basic idea than it is to reveal the BBP/EMCE Flash figure.
