RetroAction marketing/availability?

I'm jazzed about GA, and maybe I'm being paranoid, but I'm worried about where the line will be made available.

I've read elsewhere in the forum about Toys 'R' Us, but will other major retailers be supporting this line?

I'm in rural Ohio--I have access to most discount stores, but TRU are scarcer--the closest is a 35-min. drive.

I hate the idea of being forced to find these second-hand.

I don't think you will have to worrier. You will be able to find the ones you want on toy web sites or on eBay or right here on the market section.

I'm in rural PA, Mine is 40-45 min. away not a big deal. It's a roll of the dice.

I have a TRU in town but it doesn't always carry what all others do. I'm hoping these will be there without any issues. First person to see them hanging in one better post a pic.

I live five minutes from TRU and will gladly buy busloads and ship them out to pals here on the boards. As it gets closer, talk to me if you want me to help.

"Specialty"as in comics shops, or like FYE, Urban Outfitter, etc?

I believe comic shops and any shops who order through Diamond Distributors. If FYE and UO order through Diamond then they very well may. I am sure Doc could shed some better light on this subject.

Toys R Us is the only major retailer (of the big 3 - Wal Mart,Target,TRU) that
will be selling Retro Action DC Superheroes. I can't say for certain that they
will only be on toyrus.com - I hope not - but that's a decision that will be
made by TRU.

Paul, correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that most specialty (comics, toys, games, etc.) can access them as well. Our good friend Paul Lazo at Amok Time Toys had them on order here in NYC/Long Island. I don't think it's through Diamond but through Mattel distribution.
