The heads are easy, just be careful not to tear them. As for the hands, if you dip the wrists in boiling water to soften them up the hand swaps are easy too. Once swapped they're a pretty nice set. The clothes are a little snug on the guys if memory serves. I did the same thing with their Willer set, swapping to T1s and using Mego heads.Comment
