I myself would not have females or smaller sized figure listed until we get word from Mattel saying they have such bodies. Same with larger figures. I mean I would love to see Grundy done like this but until we hear from Mattel,I'll keep him off. I'd like to see some Golden Age stuff somewhere done the line.

    Okay, forget Agatha Harkness.

She's JUST one of the most powerful sorceresses the Marvel Universe has ever seen, and is even more knowledgable than Doctor Strange.

    How about Clea?

Good point,I guess that the guys at MATTEL saw what happened with the "retrocloth" figures by EMCE,so let's hope that they do sell well...

I think we need to keep our expectations in check. First, this is a MATTEL announcement. Mattel has the DC license. The only WGSH figures Mattel will be producing are DC characters.

IF there are going to be any Mego-like figures of Marvel characters, that will have to be an announcement from another company, such as Hasbro or Diamond. Yeah, I know it stinks, and I'm bummed out about this too. But times are different, and the days when one toy company could hold both the Marvel and DC licenses are looooong gone. So, the only thing us Marvel fans can do is wait, and hope that these Mattel figures sell well enough to make Hasbro or Diamond sit up and take notice.

In the mean time, put me down for a Barry Allen Flash!

I would say, looking at the first wave, count on Batman/Scarecrow and Flash/Captain Cold for the next wave. One reissue/update and his(never before made) arch enemy and a brand new hero and his(never before made) arch enemy. All of course featured on Challenge of the Superfriends. I'll be really surprised if they don't round out the Superfriends and Legion of Doom first.

Just a decent 60s/70s Robin, along with the Titans would be fine to me.

JUST GLAD to finally see a GL..

I don't think Aparo was mimicking Adams style....yeah his Bats had the long-ears also but Aparo always had his own unique style that was nothing like Neal Adams. Adams has always been a little full of himself though IMO. Between Batman and Brave and the Bold in the 70s Aparo cut out a nice niche for himself as THE 70s Batman artist. Adams may have started the look but Aparo kept it running for many years after that.
