On the way to Wheeling last Thursday, I got a call that our appointments
in China have been confirmed so I now have plane tickets and hotels for
late June into early July.

We have been warned that if someone on our plane has "flu-like symptoms"
we will be quarantined for up to an extra week before getting the boy.

I am now booking a flight and hotel for San Diego Comicon and really
hope that, even with an extra week in China, I will be back in time to go.

Hmm.... sounds like we're in an alternate timeline now...

Things will change when Old Doc Mego meets New Doc Mego and tells him that the needs of the Museum outweigh the needs of the few....

That is, unless the Museum suffers an implosion from Red Matter...

Whew... lucky for us, all of that would violate Mego canon!

(In the Alternate timeline, ANYTHING is possible .... so I'm still hopeful for announcements at SDCC)

you know i had ctvt toy figures for a long time. but in deember i discovered the emce kirk he was last one. i skiped him then next weekend he was there and i picked up. and so i discovered how mego was really a great figure.

now i'm hooked and ready for more. honestly i never thought i would find it in hastings.
