What's next for EMCE?

Kinda hoping they stay with ST:TOS since we still have plenty of characters left. Plus I'd like to see them branch out into ST:TNG too.

I hope they stay with TOS I am not a fan of TNG as so would not buy any but I know lots of people would.

We need more Trek!--Repro aliens as well as originals:

Trelane, Mudd, Chapel, Rand, other "Brady's" like Marta, Salt Vampire, Leslie, Sarak, etc.

And what about Dr. Corby, the android Ruk, and Balock w/ evil mannequin.

And although I doubt they would sell because of CTVT's influence, I'm pining for quality repro monsters, merry men, etc.

The flyer that was sent out with orders was made by Brian Heiler, not me.
The figures on it are vintage Mego, not new EMCE figures.

Brian sent me a stack of MegoMeet 09 flyers and ask me to put them in
with orders in the hope of alerting new people about the Weekend in
Wheeling.

As far as TOS goes---I've always said that "The Tribble Guy"
would be the one that'd make the most sense to me after Rand,
Chapel and the green chick.

And with no apologies to the NG haters---I think if EMCE
branched out into NG it would do well---but that's just my guess.

I'm thinking the combo of the EMCE company with popular
sci-fi names like PICARD, DATA, WORF etc. would be a no-brainer
when it came to potential sales compared to some lesser TOS characters
that could be put on the back burner.

I think that Next Gen figures would sell, but I'm really hoping for movie figures. I'd love to have the entire crew in the red jacket uniforms from WOK on. Plus, who wouldn't love another Khan figure?

From the original show, Rand and Chapel are must-haves. I'd like to see more Dunsels get the EMCE treatment, too - especially Trelane. Harry Mudd's another one at the top of my list.

I have to admit that it didn't occur to me that a more sensible way to sell
figures than PICARD, DATA, WORF etc.----would be to make another
round of Kirk, Spock, McCoy---that's a good enough gamble.

WOK Uniforms work for most of the Crew...but Kirk would need a NEW Head Sculpt. I think the Mego Head Sculpt work for Star Tek:TMP though...Shat still looked pretty good in the first Movie.
