I think it would be smart to try a few of hte sewn suit styles and see how the work out. Grey/Black and Blue/Red - I would give them a try!

The original turtle necked design looks pretty nice but I think that most people want a collar-less look for super-heroes. The high neck of the original design would be great for Daredevil, Bullseye, and Capt America but most heroes and villains could be done with a low neck like Superman, Batman, or The Riddler. MEGO heads for cowled characters tend to have painted necks like Spiderman and wouldn't really need the high neck anyway.Trunks sewn in would be great for restoring a Mego but it seems more economical to offer suits and trunks separately.

I prefer solid suits and separate shorts for customizing. How about capes? No one mentioned capes yet?

Definitely need capes. In multiple colors and styles. Looking for a grey Batman shaped cape myself.
