I would buy a gray suit with black trunks and one with blue trunks for Batman customs.

never been a fan of sewn in shorts, on customs I do them as a sepperate piece to give the figure more depth in the costume. Maybe do single color suits and single color trunks so people can mix and match.

That would be my suggestion as well

More colors. I would definitely like to see more colors, not just for the suits, but for everything.

                Third on this as well.

Also, yes more colors or at least more black since the gloves and boots sell out fast.

I like the sewn in shorts look if they are a different color. If the body suit is all one color... not so much.
                  Fresh, not from concentrate.

I agree. If the suit is tight fitting, the shorts shouldn't bunch up too much. This gives lots more color options since you can have the suits in a few colors and the shorts in a few colors, but have tons of combination.

I would go this way too.

Mixing & matching is much more practical for sales of trunks & bodysuits, but I like the sewn-in look like vintage Mego...
WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.

There are obvious suits that would sell with sewn in briefs. Grey/black, grey/blue, blue/red, offering a limited selection of suits with sewn in briefs might be a great way to go. Then do solid suits and make some multicolored briefs as well. I am more a fan of your older suits, but never liked the turtle neck, but I would make the suggestion that you keep the neck opening close to the neckline. I've seen other suits that have a really wide neckline and they just don't look good. Oh, and flat colors.
I don't know why I'm even commenting though, I've never bought a bodysuit from anyone and I've been makin customs for 10 years

sleeveless tunics would do well, too. Like a green one over a black bodysuit. Not sure how close you can come with sewn in trunks and not have DC breathing down your neck. Seems like a mix and match thing with individual pieces would be the better way to avoid problems.
