That would be me! Here is a shot of an original next to the mego remake. Ray is right also, this truly is an under rated monster line.

As a collector, many years ago I completed a set of the six monsters in boxes:

I vividly recall wanting my Dracula to really glow intensely, so I laid him on top of a lampshade for a while... until I picked up a burning smell.
Drac got a little close to the bulb and the heat burned his costume and body (only slightly). The battle scar didn't effect his awesomeness too much. I found him at my folks house a few months back. He's naked and missing his lower torso, but remains UNDEAD!
