CTVT Monsters info please?

I have never seen the Series Two Monster Line in person. ( other than buying a devil ) is the grim reaper a skeleton body under his robes? Is the Ghost any fun ??

They did make skeletons tho, just not on the Grim Reaper. I got the Ghost to get the whole set, but he ain't that special

The Grim Reaper is on a standard body. It's actually a pretty nice looking figure. But I feel the nicest in the set is the Ghost. It has a very Tomland vibe in my opinion.

I bought the Monsters Series 2 set last year... They look cool but here are the shortcomings I found... Devil and Ghsot seem to be holding up well and can be posed... The Grim Reaper broke while I was taking him out of the package (snapped at the right leg) and finally the Witch had a broken ankle inside the package. I glued it back in place but she is very hard to stand up with out the broom to prop her up on... There's my two cents

My grim reaper broke too, so I just replaced the body with a Mego body and it is good! I thought about putting it on the skeleton body but those break easily too.

I like the clothing and accessories for these figures.

Did you guys replace the packaging to make the series 2 figures look more like the Mego boxes from the 1970s? I'm in the process of having it done but lack artwork.

All of the second wave of figures are fantastic. I do, however, suggest a mego original/Dr mego body upgrade to get the best possible figure.

To me theyre all cool because theyre originals in their own way and not a reproduction. heads and outfits great,..bodys suck,..Reaper awesome,..but needs body to be changed with skeleton bodies sold by CTV separately (which i did and looks so much better!!!). Theres my two cents too!

Thats what i was kinda hoping. What color body do I need too replace with a Doc Mego?

I'd probably go with the white for the Reaper... The cloak is bit large and covers everything up real well.

I have some of those cloaks sold as "Druid" robes.
I was wondering also what color the Ghost Doc Mego body should be?

I think the ghost really SUCKS!!!! I would have preferred a "sheet with holes for eyes" as his costume. Blue yarn is not ghost like at all.
