I was wondering also what color the Ghost Doc Mego body should be?
    Use a CTVT glow-in-the-dark body!

I agree but.... if any one is offended at this next statement, get over it.... It could/ does make for a good Michael Jackson custom.

Seriously, I was noticing the resemblance before the King of Pop passed away. I though it would be funny to do the custom until he Moonwalked off the mortal coil...

It needed to be written. I just bought a set and thought the same thing.

Is this company still in business?
If a Mego figure of God did not exist, it would be necessary for EMCE to invent him.

Still in business but I don't think they are making any more figures.

Thx, Lonnie. They have some cool figures that I missed, like the Robin Hood, Knight series and Pirates. Basically, everything but the Mad Monster line.

                  Hee heee....

I love the Monsters series 2! Even the ghost. He's weird. I like weird.

The monster bods seem to have come at the point CTVT was changing their workmanship, so I got some that are really good, and some that are really poopy. Unfortunately you can't tell which you've got 'til you play with them.

Really? If you are selling how much? I might be in the market for some Knight, Robin Hood or Pirate figures. You can pm me if this is inappropriate for the forum.

It's a shame that the CTVT isn't making figures anymore. I haven't taken Monster series out of the package yet but having some extra bodies around might be a good idea.

Are they still selling the costumes and accessories cheap that they have, should I go load up?

The shipping is high but their items are cheap. Just google "classic tv toys" for their site.

When I talked to them last about it they had NO interest in ever getting anything licensed. And no real imagination to make new exciting figures to please the fans of the format. They chose poorly when getting licensed characters. Seriously, Married With Children figures? What????? Why?????? I Love Lucy was done before in 1/6th scale. Brady Bunch wasn't a complete set. They should have made Mike and not had him look like the actor. That was reason enough to skip that line. I don't think they want to sink any deeper.

Excellent point. They did make some odd figure line choices. Maybe they were looking to corner the "Crazy Clown" market.
