any updates on release?

So far everything is still on schedule for Buck and Tigerman to be shipped by July 15th but I still don't have approved prototypes from the factory so that might change.

You won't believe it but Gil Gerard was at the Wizard Con in Philly this wknd. If only the figures were out I would have had him sign one.

I heard he was going to be at that show. Actually Gil is interested in doing a figure that's exclusive to him which he would be signing and selling at shows. Nothing is definite yet but it has been discussed.

i really love that Buck. can not wait to see him done, suited up and accessoried.

It's very frustrating at how slowly production is progressing on the Buck Rogers figures but I can promise that the wait will be worth it. I'm being very particular about certain things and the factory has run into a few problems trying to get them right. However, they're doing a great job and I'm very happy with what I'm seeing in the updates they give me. Here's a recent image they sent me of the prototype helmet for Buck.

I think the Z-body is absolutely amazing! The Buck Rogers figures will be as well! I think the attention you are putting into these is what makes these figures stand apart from what has been shown from the awful Lost and Flash Gordon lines. Thank you for raising the bar so high!

attantion to detail is rare nowadays. as is excellent customer service i think the combo of the two is what will put zica on the map. the helmet looks great. im so amped for these figures im viberating right now!!

Wow! That looks spot on. Thx for the pix. You are raising the bar for Retro Mego to a whole new level. Is it possible to go help out the BBP gang? It looks like they need a little help w/their translucent Flash Gordon & Ming heads. I also like how you aren't afraid to tell us it's going to take more time. If the quality isn't to your liking it doesn't get produced.

A figure made especially for Gil Gerard sounds like a great idea and I'll commit to buying one right now.

Buck and Tigerman will definitely be out this year. Based on what I'm hearing from the factory I feel like the other three will also be out this year but I can't say for sure at this point.
