He first appeared in Iron Man #55 and was in Captain Marvel before the Logan's Run solo story. The back up in Logan's Run was his first solo story, not his first appearance. It was an inventory story that ran in Logan's Run because the artists didn't make deadline.

I’d also like to see, in addition to the 70s re-releases...

*Werewolf By Night (I know he’s not super popular, but I love the character and he just had the Halloween special last year).

*Doctor Strange.

*Ghost Rider (70s goodness).

*Blade.

*Black Widow (with her 70s classic look).

*Scarlet Witch (with her classic look).

*Moon Knight.

*Morbius.

*Man-Thing (he was in the Werewolf By Night Halloween special, after all).

And...

*A more accurate costumed Captain America figure.

*a taller Hulk and Thing, PLEASE!

*Falcon with his white gloves (which his 70s figure didn’t have).

I think the height issue may be addressed (I’m just speculating on that), plus Paul (Dr. Mego) also has taller bodies already in his Mego store (and he’s been well connected to Marty throughout the Mego process), but we’ll see.

Well, of course I want to see the original 12 that Mego did way back when (not counting Conan, since he’s no longer a Marvel property). But I’d also like to see characters that could’ve been made at the time, starting with the X-Men, both the original team (in their Neal Adams-era garb) and the new team (under Cockrum and Byrne). Black Panther is also a great place to start, and a classic Iron Fist and Luke Cage would be great. I recall that Mego once considered doing a Doctor Strange, so that’s an oversight that should be corrected, along with other Silver Age characters like Ant-Man and the Wasp, Nick Fury and, naturally, Doctor Doom. The Vision and the Scarlet Witch, along with Black Widow and Hawkeye are must-haves, as is Daredevil— the one character I wrote to Mego about in the mid-70s, asking them to make him. Captain Marvel, Ms. Marvel and Adam Warlock should be made too, as well as some classic Asgardians, like Loki, Balder the Brave, the Warriors Three and Lady Sif. I’m also in favor of modern Marvels like the MCU’s Guardians of the Galaxy.

Let’s all hope the license is for a long time, because there is such a wealth of characters that it’s going to take many years to get to them all. I’d support the supporting characters too, like J. Jonah Jameson, Mary Jane Watson, Gwen Stacy, Alicia Masters, and so on.

Wow, I can not believe this is finally happening!

My holy grail is the late 70's/Early 80's (John Byrne) X-Men team:
- Wolverine, Storm, Nightcrawler, Colossus, Cyclops & Phoenix.

Other characters I would love to see:
- Spider-Woman (Jessica Drew)
- Luke Cage
- Ghost Rider (Johnny Blaze) with his hellcycle
- Doctor Strange

And more villians:
- Doctor Doom
- Magneto
- Loki

I was posting a few weeks ago why Mego could'nt get Marvel but that $ 80.00 collector price came up again . When are these coming out? my wish list is Captain America, Thor, Ironman , Hulk,Spiderman,Daredevil, Dr Strange and Black Panther for first 8 heroes.

As a kid, I did not have a lot of Marvel Mego figures, so I am happy to get repros, starting with the ones I did have -- The Falcon, Iron Man, regular suit Spider-Man -- and then the rest, especially the ones I would want now if I was in that time -- Fantastic Four, Thor, Captain America. I guess that's most of them!

New additions I'd like to see are Black Panther, Hawkeye, Black Widow, Spider-Woman, Daredevil, Moon Knight, Wasp, and Yellow Jacket (might be a stretch), to name a few.

I am excited for Marvel Megos. From the sounds of it, we'll be waiting at least a year to see them. The only downside is that I asked Paul at the con about Bixby/Ferrigno series Hulk figures, and he confirmed what we've all known for awhile - the rights are a mess. We got a flood of terrific Batman '66 merch about a decade ago after all that legal morass was finally cleared up. Fingers crossed this happens for the Hulk. No official figures ever.
