When this wave was announced I thought Deadman would be a definite pass for me. I just don't care a lot about the character. But everything from this wave just turned out so great that I had to get Deadman too (and Bizarro, and Brainiac ...). And what do you know - I really love this figure in hand. It's another perfect sculpt, even better than in the photos. He has these hollow cheeks that work really well and which I didn't even notice in the pics. Yeah, I'm really happy with this guy and with this whole wave. The issues with the body joints are the only flaw I can see. But I'm sure Mego can work this out. From what I've seen they've already managed to eliminate the dreaded 'Schlorp' - where one eye or rather one half of the face is drooping. I'm certainly glad they resolved that issue!Comment

Finally got Deadman from the 50th Anniversary line. I prefer to buy in the wild, but our local Walmarts never got this wave, so I finally broke down and got this one via Amazon when I saw it was on sale earlier this week.

With the boxes I am leaving them in box. I have a spinner rack that I got from stationary store that was going out of business and the boxes display well on that. The stuff on blisters I mostly open and display that way though. So I have not opened Deadman or any of the 50th Anniversary boxes.

This is the rack I speak of, but pic was taken before Deadman arrived, so he is not in the pic.
