Why are Batman and Robin always together in waves as well? I'd split them up too if you're looking to "pad" each wave

I really hope wave 4 includes 3 villains. I can't wait for Catwoman (hopefully with mask) and King Tut, And Mr. Freeze (with gun) these are the ones I want most. RC Batman can lead the wave. I do hope for more variants, but I want them sold like the original set of variants were sold. Not in a wave. My hopes are the long awaited Surfer Batman/Surfer Joker, Riddler in jacket/hat and maybe even a Riddler in jumpsuit but with a removable mask. King Tut wore several different outfits that could be variants. Penguin in his jockey outfit and screen test Batman with no oval. I also want more less known villains like Bookworm, False Face, Olga, Siren, Louie and Clock King. I think characters like Alfred and Gordon could be exclusives as well instead of taking up space in a wave. I also hope a Barbara Gordon gets made.

IMO I just think they should have just stayed with the wave 1 Batman and Robin, nothing wrong
with those, adding extra variants of them was not necessary and takes away the opportunity for
added villains, Bruce and Dick were very cool additions, but if it were'nt for added variants, we might
have already seen villains like Mr. Freeze, Catwoman, King Tut, even perhaps Batgirl and Barbara Gordon.

I'm also a bit surprised that arch criminals like Shame and Mad Hatter were made before Catwoman
and Freeze? which I think we're more popular, but that's just me, all I can say is skip the variants and
buy the arch criminals, they will sell much better than Batman/Robin variants, FTC may see a decrease
In variants purchases and get wise. .

Or at least limit a wave to one variant, one other good guy and then 2 villains. There are enough other good guys to warrant that. Plus then you could get Batgirl variants. Once you have Batgirl, you can do Barbara Gordon in at least 2 different outfits. I'm surprised we haven't seen Bruce and Dick in tuxes.

And as a side note, once you have Yvonne Craig, you have a short customizing trip to "the green-skinned seductress in the “Star Trek” episode “Whom Gods Destroy”" Just thought I'd throw that out there since nobody else has mentioned it.

^ Yeah, the day that FTC showed the wave 3 line up & I saw "Prostate Exam Batman" w/ RM Robin, I proposed that FTC must have realized how HUGE that RC would of been if they used the existing FTC Bruce Wayne head from Wave 2. I skipped RM Robin & every variant so far. It feels great that FTC literally broke me from OCD Toy line collecting where I have to have at least x2 of everything (! MIB & 1 loose for Playing Megos!). The FTC Batman 1966 Variants have saved me A LOT of $$$. BUT, I'm done w/ even having to skip these Variants. I'm losing interest & haven't even picked up x1 Shame or Mad hatter yet, let alone x2 of each. FTC is boring me w/ these variants & my excitement in waning!

FTC: Make these BATMAN & ROBIN 1966 variants outside of the future Waves! This is getting boring. I feel like it'll take forever to get to the rest of the 1966 Villains that I was DYING to get x2-3 of each. I'm hoping you change this for wave 4. Don't pepper out the line so much it loses steam w/ each wave. I want Mr. Freeze, Catwoman Julie Nnemar & Eartha Kitt, Bookworm, King Tut, & a Frank Gorshin RIDDLER w/ removable Mask w/ suit & bowler that looks like the actor. On the wave 1 Gorshin Riddler & Egghead, you missed their eye colors & it really threw off the sculpt, especially on Egghead. I also want REMOVABLE MASKS on Julie Newmar's & Eartha Kitt's Catwoman. I will not buy them a 2nd time because they come w/ molded masks & then maskless. I will buy x2 or x3 of each of those Catwoman figures for BOTH those actresses. I'd buy a Lee Meriwether Catwoman IF the other 2 are made 1st & soon! Come on FTC, I'll get Comm. Gordon, Henchmen, Chief O'Hara, Alfred & Barbara Gordon later! Hook us w/ the MAIN Villains & then we'll want to complete the cast. But using the old pad out the line to keep you buying until you get what you are the most excited for, has NOT been working lately w/ the other collectot lines I'm afraid. So, keep them coming!

It's not just FTC either. Bleacher Creatures and Mattel also have products that feature Adam West maskless Batmans.

I thought the FTC Burt Ward Removable Mask Robin was poorly done. If the Adam West Removable Cowl Batman is done well, I will probably give in and buy it, accurate depiction or not.

Very true, but it's still pretty cool to have

I'm surprised they've released so many Batman and Joker variants up to this point. I'm fine with all of them, they're great additions, but it seems that those would be the ones added to future waves as a "push".

Still, my hope is that we can actually get every villain from the show. If that means helping them along by buying extra Batmen, then so be it!

I guess buying only 2 new figures a wave (clogging each wave with Batman/Robin variants) is all FTC wants from people

I seriously don't understand the different head sculpt Batman, should have just done RC Batman with RM Robin and be done. No need for the other one.

I know they've shown the Otto Mr. Freeze head, but I'm hoping we can get all three actors. (I'm partial to Eli Wallach myself!)

FTC doesn't do Toy Fair for some reason. Announcements are coming through the museum newsletter each Friday. last week was the first.
