Tarzan was just delivered and I have to say he looks really good. Great mobility. No tightness issues and the head is dead on. Paint apps nice and the clothes fit him well. The card art is very nice, including the back side which offers a brief origin on the character. Very nicely done. I'll submit a full pictorial later tonight.Comment

FTC stayed faithful to the original Mego concept.
He comes with his knife, body suit (with one snap in back like Mego), and the separate loin cloth attire but minus a snap on the back of that piece. Not needed either. It fits snug, but nonrestrictive on the figure. Pulls off and on with no problem.
The body posed with no restrictions. Legs and arms held wherever I moved them.
The back of the card is equally nice, with a brief origin of the character. My apologies I couldn't get a better focus on the origin. These android cameras don't take the best pictures.
The packaging includes the now-standard loose inner tray that allows you to enjoy removing the figure without any damage to the backer card. Overall a very nice figure. Great job FTC!

I can't imagine a better way to make the Tarzan figure, and still stay true to the "Mego" style---I mean, Tarzan doesn't really have anything to wear other than that loincloth piece which was made into that thing slung over the shoulder. I guess another round of fuzzy or felt trunks ala Conan could work...eh, just seems like too much trouble to get "creative" for too little return (and, Heaven knows FTC doesn't like "trouble"!). Besides, FTC hasn't broke form on recreating the DC WGSH yet---so better they did what they did with Tarzan's "classic figure" look."No. No no no no no no. You done got me talkin' politics. I didn't wanna'. Like I said y'all, I'm just happy to be alive. I think I'll scoot over here right by this winda', let this beautiful carriage rock me to sleep, and dream about how lucky I am." - Chris MannixComment

My take on Tarzan.i bought 2 sets of these, and they are fantastic,FTC did a wonderful job on this line ,Tarzan looks really good, body suit a pinch baggy
on the legs but very nice ,had to open figure to reposition his knife,Jane looks great -another supergirl head but the paint application does make her
look different from Supergirl & Wonder Women.Korak is very well done one of the best -i like the way they added the knife to his shorts, great head sculpt,
on a kiss figure body ,Interesting is that Korak has DC comics on the back of his head ,perhaps they are going to use this head for another
figure like Robin .Meriem is Wondergirl with a new hair style(bangs to long) and brown eyes,i opened her package to pull her head up a pinch,so
she doesnt look neck-less as i did with Wondergirl, nice outfit, and as mentioned ,without stockings her boots fall off,she looks much to small to be
Koraks love interest, but theres nothing wrong with a short chick.Well done FTC ,another winner.Comment

They didn't. It seems odd, as Korak's loincloth has that type of feel, but Tarzan's is just a somewhat cheesy piece of material that almost blends in with the flesh bodysuit. I just got the Tarzan figure and was quite disappointed with it on that count. Korak seems to be the outstanding player in this assortment, and the lead character the dud.Comment
