I agree, they should have sent out a notice to folks who were charged; things like that can accumulate if they occur too often (ask Mattycollector), so I hope any future problems are dealt with a bit better. I don't have a huge problem myself over it, as if the stuff doesn't ship at all, I don't think FTC is going to run off with the money, but I can see where a lot of folks wouldn't be comfortable with the situation after being assured nothing would be charged until stuff was ready to ship.

Some official notice would have been good. But if they come at the beginning of October, that is only another 2 weeks. They have my money and I feel confident I will eventually have my figures. It's not like they are going to completely skip town.

It would be nice if they threw something extra in the box though, like a couple of batarangs. hehehe

They did post something on Facebook saying the 2 pack were delayed until Ocotober. However, they should be notifying those who paid and got shipping notices (me) personallyand not rely on social media. Other than facebook, I have not recieved any info on when these are arriving and I have been charged for 3 of the 2 packs.

I got charged on 8/22/14 and received an email on 8/24/14 saying my two-packs were shipped. No other updates.

In the Mego days, the licenses were handled much differently too. Companies are smartly much more in control of their brands and how they are presented for public consumption. I kind of miss the old days.

Its not the wait that irritates me, its the crappy business practices. Waiting for manufacturing and all that is fine.

In the Mego days, Megos were often shipped in baggies inside coffinlike brown cardboard boxes. No packaging whatsoever. I used to order from Heroes World, recieved my Lizard and Iron Man like that.

I am patiently waiting for AJ still. Wonder if there is a deadline set by Kickstarter to fulfill the rewards? I have zero interest in the repros that CTVT is doing, I was just wondering about alternatives to waiting a month for bubbles that loose figure collectors are going to discard anyway.
