The Korak head is great...so why is Bizarro a Macy's float?

I've always wanted a factory made Bizarro! And I'm OK with the head size - Bizarro should be distorted looking, monstrous- but I'll put swivel shoulders and larger hands on him, so it will blend in better for me. I have hands from a Hasbro Punisher that will work.

Interesting. The Superman figures definitely need some improvement. Bizarro's head is probably a done deal, but the clothes need to be tightened up, but we have seen that happen from prototype-to-production already, so I'm not too worried about that. I will get a set.

Conan looks nice, price notwithstanding. I am not much of a Conan fan, but the other two figures look nice. I will get Conan; maybe the whole set.

The Tarzan & Jane Series is interesting. Again, I am not a big Tarzan fan. Tarzan looks right, a good Mego reproduction, bodysuit and all. Korak looks really good, but without a body suit, he looks a bit odd next to Tarzan. Jane and the other girl are eh. I will probably get Tarzan; not so sure about any past him.

And the Fist Fighters, now for pre-order, may be the odd figures out just because of the volume coming out. I may have to take my chances that the other figures will get regular releases sooner than later.

I think seeing all of these are cool, but I must really be a mark for Batman, because nothing feels as exciting to me as the Batman announcements (or Teen Titans, but those were a long time Toy Grail). I wonder how others feel and whether we will see these sell a lot slower than the Batman Series.

Fear not Batman and Batfriends are coming in ways you can't Imagine. And Batman may show up like you've never seen him before in 8"!

I assume this hint is different than the NEAL Adams (or more COMIC-accurate 8" BATMAN that is due out in wave#4 w/ SCARECROW, Ras Al GHUL, & Commissioner GORDON ???

*Mickey, can you find out if FTC is working on reducing the BIG HEADS on all their NEW DC characters that mego never released? Alfred's did shrink from prototype...but not enough for many of us. Also Ras Al Ghul, Comm. Gordon, & now BIZZARO all seem to have BHS (Big Head Syndrome). Any info would again be VERY Appreciated! Thanks Mick.

Hey ovenmitt, I love a lot of your wish lists, but that would appear to me to be even more BATMAN stuff then needed (other than maybe Wave#4 Comic Batman & Superfriends,) ....I personally think that's just BAT-a-cide! (Suicide by OVERDOSING on Batman merch)!!! Sorry to say, but how much is enough at once? Don't take it personal though please, I also feel this way about requests like Bewitched, I dream of Jeanie, Hogan's Heroes, & many many others that I think would be insane to make when they have the licenses they have now....presumably for an expensive LIMITED Time!

also: FTC - the day you decide to do NEW DC 52 Megos, will be the day I jump ship! The NEW 52 does not lend itself to this format (retro) in my humble opinion! Then again, according to 90+% of the fans/collectors I know...... The New 52 doesn't lend itself to ANY format! lol! Just My opinion!

SUPER NEWS! I have wanted a Superman wave! Superman was my 1st Mego and Supergirl my sister's last Mego so I will be happy to re-acquire both! Mxyzptlk is better on smaller body! I was expecting Clark Kent in 1st wave, but Bizarro is nice surprise, Silver Age Bizarro! I guess it makes sense to put Clark with Lois and Jimmy in Wave 2 with Superboy! PLENTY more Superman characters:

Parasite
Toyman
Prankster
Jor-El
Lara w/ baby Kal-El
*Don't get me started on Variants of Superman himself!

And, of course, Christopher Reeve Superman Movie line!

I think the child body (5inch) may have been a better choice, but i understand that FTC want to use the 6 inch body that they had made in China for the Teen Titans. I am not too big on the Tarzan and Conan figures. The Super Powers are tempting, but I will have to see if the budget will allow! FTC really needs to make sure the head size is not too big, if it is noticeable, it is too big imho!

I was going to try to commit to getting every non-Batman 66 superhero figure that FTC makes, but I may have to draw the line at the Conan and Tarzan waves and just get the main character for each. Was never a fan of either character, but would like to have Conan and Tarzan since Mego made them.

Bizarro is one of my all-time most wanted characters, but I'm disappointed to see that his head is so out of scale.

Is this just a prototype or do the pics represent the finished product? Is FTC aware of the scale issue regarding head size? Alfred and Gordon also seem to have heads that are too big and I hope FTC makes every effort to correct this.

I hope Superman Wave 2 doesn't load up with civilians. Would much rather have Luthor, Brianiac, Clark and Lois. Save Superboy and Jimmy hopefully for later waves.
