Are the clamshells different? Can you still open them and reseal as before?

You can still open and reseal them. There is the openable outer clamshell, then there is the tray for the figure which isn't glued down, and then there is an 'inner' bubble that fits down over the tray. So you could I suppose, glue the inner bubble to the card and have it sealed more like an original Mego.

I have not inspected the bodies of the figures, but they look as good as the previous wave.

The don't seem to come with the extra sticker chest emblem.

Yep and that is the one thing I have seen so far that bugs me about this wave.

I got my Batgirl, but still waiting on the other 3. So does Batman have a fabric or vinyl cape? Or his shorts cloth or silk?

Cape is vinyl, if I am not mistaken I think the suit itself is the same as the previous Batman.

The short boots are the only mistake on Batgirl, does she have same boots as Wonder Girl for teen body? Does Wonder WOMAN have these boots as well?

I wonder why they decided to change the cardback design from the first two waves?
I actually like these better and wish waves one and two had been on these style cards.
Maybe they'll reissue the earlier figures on these new cards.
