Give them all that classic look from artist George Perez.

Right there! That's what I'm talking about!

I would hope for a Perez version of Speedy; his costume in NTT was a bit different, and has always been my favorite version of the character. THey'd definitely have to re-do K-Flash and Wonder Girl at 8", and I'd love to see an 8" Aqualad with the curly/almost fro hair Perez gave him. The one character who might still work on the 7" body, though, is Changeling. In the early issues, he was basically the same size and build as Robin and Kid Flash, but he quickly shrunk a bit to a smaller, younger looking stature.

Another thing I'd like to see is for Figures to take advantage of the 12" Mego body with the 8" line; a character like Trigon would be a great addition to the Titans sub-line as a stand alone figure (like they are doing with Wonder Woman) using the 12" body to give him a more proper scale.

FTC has said they won't be doing 12" figures but they will be doing 18 inchers.

I missed that, but, truthfully, the 18" would probably be an even better scale for Trigon. Kills the idea I had for suggesting Amazo at a nice 12" size, though...

Maybe we could get an Apache Chief 8"/18" two pack?

I could go for an 18" Trigon and Amazo. These might be a god idea for an exclusive since The demand would likely be rather low for what would likely be a $100 figure.

Got the Titans set today - very nice. The original four were always among my favorites of the Mego line. A few quibbles: the color of Kid Flash's mask is a bit dark, WG's body looks skinnier than I remember. But overall, a great job with these.

I am expecting my 1st SETS of Teen Titans and Batman 3 tomorrow! YES I bought more than 1 set of each! I am the biggest Titans fan in the world, 1980 New Teen Titans #1 got me hooked when I was 10! I had ALL DC Megos and some Marvel but never owned Mego Teen Titans! In a 1978 Incredible Hulk comic book I remember a Heroes World ad which pictured Wonder Girl and Speedy for sale! It wasn't until 1989 when I began collecting toys that I finally saw photos of Mego TT! I once saw pics of MOC Mego TT with TRU clearance stickers on them for 75 CENTS EACH! Some of Mego's BEST work! I CANNOT WAIT to see these in person! I got my extra DC Direct and DCUC Titans figures out tonight to get ready! Looking forward to FTC TT 7" Robin and TT Series 2 8" Nightwing, Cyborg, Starfire, and Raven my DREAM WAVE! Gotta have 7" Beast Boy and Terra and 8" Troia and Jericho for Series 3! Deathstroke is my most wanted TT villain! Gotta try to sleep like its Christmas Eve! Report back tomorrow! TITANS TOGETHER!

I wonder if the Hanna-Barbera characters are included in the license? A Zan and Jayna two pack would be nice (and I'd even go for a Wendy and Marvin, as well). Back on topic, though, that kind of two-sized two-pack idea would work very nicely with AC, as well as Giganta and Colossal Boy from the Legion of Super-Heroes.

So many cool possibilities here with this line...

I'm thinking they don't have full access to the Hanna-Barbera lines yet. Otherwise I'm sure we would have heard something about Blue Falcon, Space Ghost, Thundar and several other figures from that time period.

Then I would have to really start buying new display cases.

                      *sigh*

Currently have 2 sets of Titans, seriously considering getting 2nd set of Wave 1 and Wave 3. Have a feeling these waves will be impossible to find at retail in a few weeks.

I'd likely faint dead away with the announcement of a Mego Space ghost...

Let me talk to them on Monday and get the okay to post some of the info on Hanna B. I've already posted a number of surprises today. I'll get the date on the Titans for you as well. I posted some Superman info in another thread. Lots of Superman stuff coming with surprises. Meaning not just old Superman mego reissue's. I did See All new Superboy, Jimmy Olsen, Lois Lane, Bizzarro, and all new smaller Mr Mxyzptlk. These are going to be the good times for 8" collectors.
