Funko reissues Jingle all the way Turbo Man figure.

Weird, kind of out of Funko's comfort zone. I would have expected a Pop figure.

Photos from @totaltoyrecon on Instagram (and an eBay Auction) have started showing up online for a surprise new figure from Funko. It looks like they have obtained the license for the classic Tiger Electronics Turbo Man 13" Tall Figure. The figure is based on the highly sought after toy from the Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sinbad...
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

Agreed--I would not have been surprised by a Pop, but this is a little unexpected. I wonder how high the nostalgia rate is for this film. I was in undergrad when it came out and kind of missed it for a bit.

The kids who watched this movie on release are adults now. The nostalgia is there, and it's the 25th anniversary.

I LIKE the movie, it's just silly fun for 80% of it. But that last 20%, where suddenly a working jet pack is used on a parade float, and Sinbad's fist can magically shoot off and pop back out...it's like a drug-induced hallucination. It's like the "From Dusk Til Dawn" of fluffy Holiday comedies.
