These look great! Too rich for my blood. If I wasn't busy playing catchup with Lego and retro reMego type figures I'd support these, but can't have it both ways.

^Great review on the figures, Michael. I keep talking them up to my wife, hoping she's keeping them in mind for some kind of combined Christmas/birthday gift, but I'm not holding my breath.

That's great news! QMX should send you royalties for convincing me to buy their figures! Actually, a lot of your reviews convince me to buy things...LOL You have a way of photographing toys that's almost magical.

Thanks! Yea, I've tried the 'hints' route as well, but it never seems to work out...and I'm glad you enjoy the photos, enyawd72!

I have high hopes for seeing some great Qmx goodies next month at sdcc...

Now THERE are some quality Trek figures. Definitely worthy of a spot on my Hot Toys shelf. Great review Michael!

I very much look forward to Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday nights. Your reviews are the last thing I check out before heading off to bed to dream of toys...thank you for doing them!

Just out of curiosity, what LEGO themes/sets are you trying to catch up on?

There isn't a theme I don't have in some way as I buy new mostly and once in a while get loose pieces at the Swap Meet (flea market. ) I don't seek out Chima or Ninjago. My daughters lost interest with Disney and Friends themes and never latched onto Elves.

I typically wait until Walmart or Target have sales. I'm still 2 sets short from Age of Ultron Hulk Buster/Hydra Tower and most Force Awakens sets. Just need the Deathstroke set to be current with DC stuff on the shelves. Haven't picked up any Civil War sets either.

Ah, gotcha. I'm more of a vintage LEGO collector, picking up Town/Space/Castle sets from the 1980s and a few things from the 1960s/1970s...although I do pick up bulk parts for other custom builds and to complete sets with missing pieces. As far as modern LEGO sets go, I cut back to mainly just modular buildings and Creator 3-in-1 modular houses and such, with the odd Minecraft or one-off Ghostbusters/Doctor Who/etc. sets here and there. But we're way off-topic now, I'm afraid!

Back to the topic: I try to stick with collecting just Star Trek from around 74-76 (from when the merchandise really hit), but every so often something amazing comes along that I can't resist. These figures are right on the borderline of that category.
