I'd considered that a done deal, unless Toy Safety is a holdup.

Hasbro's not producing a new Netflix series for giggles. They've been trying for over twenty years to get Stretch made as a film with the explicit purpose of reviving the line.

^I'd like to see Bill and Ted get a ReAction line. The movie seems tailor-made for that scale.

Bill and Ted with Dorkin artwork, that would be most awesome!

^I'd go for that. Just imagine: Bill, Ted, Bob Ghengis Kahn, Napoleon, Siggy, So-Crates, Billy the Kid, Beethoven, Joan of Ark (first figure in a Go-Gos subset) and Lincoln. What a great action figure line!

I know Kenner did those "Real Ghostbusters"-like figures, but I think this format would be perfect. Plus, they could do the phone booth with exclusive Rufus.

And throw in the Grim Reaper and Station as well. And Evil Bil and Ted. lol. I just hope at some point they do Bill & Ted,and all the other ones I mentioned. Didn't they announce Fast Times at Ridgemont High at some point? What happened with that? I love that movie! Heck, they can even throw in Breakfast Club for that matter, lol! And Lost Boys. And Battle Beyond the Stars. lol

If they did announce a Fast Times series, you can forget about Phoebe Cates. She nixed her Gremlins figure, withholding her likeness rights.

Off topic: The Gremlins line is very underrated. Even though the Gremlins are a little out of scale, they are super FUN.

Likeness rights? WHAT likeness rights? LOL! None of the figs look like the actors from the tv shows or movies they're from, lol. But yeah,I read that too,and you're right about the Gremlins line being super fun! I've yet to pick them up,but will be doing so on my next trip to the US. Seen'em a few times and have no idea why I didn't just get them there and then, lol.

Seeing stretch Armstrong would be very cool. I wonder if the painted on shorts is just the prototype or the way the finally product will be? Probably a good idea with the concept. Plenty close enough to the original.

Rather lackluster on the MU front.

Was hoping for some cool Trek toys due to the 50th anniversary. Some expensive stuff, but nothing more mainstream.

For me, there's already been enough mainstream Trek toys, and kids don't really want Trek anyway. And while there's been plenty of high end collectibles like prop replicas, there hasn't been high end figures like Hot Toys. Now it looks like there will be through QMX and Mezco, so I'm really excited about it. And Mezco is more mid-level stuff you don't really need, but looks great.

Toy Fair was kind of a bummer for me and I expected that pretty much.

I did like the Loyal Subjects MOTU, GI JOE and MLP vinyl figures and the Matty Collector Filmation MOTU and Thundercats.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

The Mego retro offerings seem to be few and far between for this show. To hear Zach talk about it from Diamond Select, the Mego collector is a shrinking market.
