Seems Mattel is finished with '66 Batman...

I wouldn't be surprised if Batman '66 showed up in their new 3 3/4" line. Unless someone else has grabbed that scale of license given how thin they have sliced out the license across all scales and companies.

I saw cars at all three nearby TRU's in Houston. One of them had 6 of them. Only one had figures though.

Wow, everything is bigger in Texas! There has never been a batmobile at a tru within 75 miles of Chattanooga! And online they are on the site one day, and off the next. eBay sells them regularly for over 30-40% higher than retail

I have only ever seen the figures twice at Toys R Us in Chattanooga.

The Batmobile reappeared at my nearest TRU, too. I had it in my hands today. Almost pulled the trigger, but ultimately couldn't. Not when I got the whole figure line for less than that. Plus, I have nowhere to display it. I was happy later on that I didn't when I found some new Mattel WWE product at other stores on my route, but nevertheless, it's definitely shipping again.

Now if it suddenly appears on Amazon for el-cheapo down the line... :-)

I live in the North Dallas area and saw the Batmobile (3 of them) at the Allen TRU along with several of the figures a few days ago. The TRU across from Northpark Mall didn't have any Batmobiles today when I wa there at lunch, but they did have all of the figures except for the Riddler; I bought a Catwoman since I hadn't seen her before. $22.99 is extremely pricey, but I figured I might not see one again. Besides, I got the rest of the line super-cheap from Amazon right before Christmas, so I guess it all evens out at the end of the day.
