Not the same set; the $624 set also includes a complete Bruce Wayne figure as well as Alfred, the Dark Knight suit Batman, and the armory. The link you provided is for a set with Alfred, DK suit Batman & Armory, but no Bruce Wayne. So for the extra $100 you get a third complete figure, definitely the better deal.
And yes, I ordered the set of 3 w/armory!
