We're getting into late March. When are these suppose to hit TRU stores? I would like to see if the store specimens look better. Definitely want the Spidey outfit if nothing else.

I guess these new pieces look good to people who think "vintage" means 1990's-era Toy Biz.

The original CA masks were made of vinyl, and most have held up surprisingly well and fit snugly on the head.
The new figures have much more detail than the originals....

The new Captain America has the scale pattern on his suit, has gloves, and has a real shield instead of a frisbee sized one. Not sure what BS you're referring to, and the original CA masks are just as oversized as the new ones.

Still supposed to be at the end of this month the last i heard. I think the Deluxe sets are shipping out now to the online retailers and comic shops.

Have there been anymore reviews out there so we can see other pics? Ultimately this is something I will have to see up close and in my hands. And I'm still hoping the Cap sample Michael got was just off on the Steve Rogers mask. Perhaps there are better examples? That would be encouraging at this point.

Liking that better! The outfit isn't overly tight. Have you tried the Spidey outfit yet? How did you get the gloves to fit? BTW, can you take a picture from the back on Cap? I would like to see how that costume registers from behind with the Velcro.

Cap's head looks better there. Less bobble-headish.

It's not mine. I'm still waiting for them to hit TRU! One of the owner's of Captain Action Enterprises, Joe Ahearn, posted this pic to their Yahoo Group. You ought to join up. The owner's, Ed and Joe, are always posting and asking for opinions on ideas and stuff.

I agree Chris. I think the problem is they made the head of the new Capt Action too big. That and his body is just whacked out. On one of the other Caps, these outfits might be perfect. Bill's making me feel better about the costumes at the moment. Hoping he can post more picks based on these outfits on the PM Capt Action. Looks very interesting.
