Check it out here. Batman is I think six foot two and Swampy is supposed to be seven feet tall. That's some serious scale issues for collectors of the line.
DCClassics.Com Review: Swamp Thing (SDCC 2011) sAllTrue.Net
I did nab a Ghoulia. You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...Comment

Swamp Thing was the only thing I stood in line for at San Diego this year, and since I'm not a collector of the DC line I was quite pleased and surprised by the size of the damn thing. I bought three (one for me, one each for two pals) and had to check a bag on the way home (free, thanks delta) because the three figures in box took up the same amount of space as a rolling travel bag. I kid you not.
Also, the limit per piece for the different exclusives at the show was 6 per person and the Stay Puftt was sold out by Friday night from what I saw.Comment

I never bought Swampy today.
I have Damn near every DCU To Date.
However, ... I just have absolutely No Interest in the Character.... and Don't need him ...at all... atleast not for 30 bucks Chief. I have about as much love for him ..., as I do Starman and His Cosmic Rod.... The Original Knight ..., Often Imitated, However Never Duplicated. The 1st Knight in Customs.
always trading for Hot Toys Figures .Comment

Swampie was supposed to be comparable to the build-a-figures... How does he look standing next to them?
I've heard a great deal of concern over figures that are rubber covered armatures. Apparently high end 12" figures that are less than ten years old are cracking and crumblingComment

I seriously doubt that the size of Swamp Thing is discouraging the Majority of the potential Sales of the Character. Build a Figures...
I didn't know that, about his size ... now it interests me somewhat.... The Original Knight ..., Often Imitated, However Never Duplicated. The 1st Knight in Customs.

Swamp Thing and the Horror and War guys are all that intrest me.
I dont think this looks much like Wrightson. A lot bissette.
Wrigtsons Swampy was muck and slime. No flowers or Halucinogenic pods growing.
If he's sticky, will tear, cant hold a pose etc.
Then i dont want him.
I wouldnt buy a dull knife, a toaster that didnt toast so I dont want a Swamp Thing I cant play with.
"A toy I cant play with"
Another reason I didslike toys becoming a adult hobby.Comment

I really want a Swamp Thing, but like a lot of folks, I'm concerned with the rubber skin deteriorating and the oily/sticky feel of the skin.Comment
