DC Universe Classics Apache Chief

I do have one question for those of you who might have experience with this. I put together my Apache Chief and there seems to be a problem with his right leg (on the left of the photo below). The center portion which I circled seems to belong to the left leg - the swivel cut does not line up and it matches the left leg piece exactly. I'm assuming this was a factory mistake and that not all of them are like that. I'm not happy with it. Is this worth trying to contact Mattel and get a replacement or would I be wasting my time? I just feel like this was an expensive group of figures and I should get what I paid for.

I set up my AC w/no notice of such a thing... but i just moseyed
over to my AC to see if I saw such a difference in the legs
and dangnabbit if I didn't see more separation in the knee part
in the same leg that yours has in your posted picture...
it wouldn't have been noticed by otherwise, I'm sure.

It doesn't bother me... but I understand if you feel shortchanged.

BBTS ..., after they shipped the 1st round ... I didn't previously have it preordered ..., They either got more in ..., or some people who had them on pre-order flaked out.
