New Captain America Toys

I hit Walmart, K Mart and TRU the past couple of days and have picked up most of the Cap stuff. Seems the Red Skull and the K Mart 3 pack are the hard ones to find. If anyone can hook me up with a Skull, please let me know!

I have only seen the 3 versions of cap and 1 winter soldier,but I did buy them all.I will go on the hunt for red scull and the 3pk tomorrow.

I went to Toys R Us for the first time since around New Years and was really stunned at all the stuff it had. The first wave of Cap figures, GL movie master and 3 3/4 inchers, a big 12 inch comic version of Hal, 10 inch Hal and Kilowog, Thor figures, DCU Classic GL Wave 1, some cool Star Wars figures, and even some nice Pirates figures, including a very cool Pirate ship that I really would have liked to have taken home. There was even a good bit of Iron Man stuff, probably left over from last summer.

I don't know of a time when I've seen so much super-hero and action hero items available. And that was just the stuff I had an interest in.

Wow, how could a kid make a decision with all that stuff. I don't know if its fun or just crazy.

Haven't found Crossbones or Red Skull yet, but did pick up the K-Mart 3 pack.

Finding toys is no longer like it used to be. Walmart and Target specifically have really cut back on stock. And... with the super high prices most toys are now who can blame them?

I've seen all the new Thor, GL (Note Big GL fan here), and the Captain America figures and toys and have passed on them all... and I mean ALL. Way too pricey, and Mattel's quality just blows.

For me this is the moment in time I've been waiting for. A number of great reasons, or developments, to really start cutting back on what I buy, and maybe get busy towards purging a lot of my, 35 years of collecting, stuff. I'll still buy items that jump out at me, and the rare White Whales when I find them, but the lack of product in general and prices have really left me cold towards the hobby of toy collecting.

I agree 100%. I've been in this mode for a while. Believe it or not I have not bought any Thor movie figures due to the cost and I simply don't like the quality of the figures. I may buy the second wave but that's iffy. The Thor variants are awful imo

Got Cap with the parachute and have been so much fun throwing him into the back yard from the third story of my house. My daughter loves it.
