"What would you rather wear yellow and blue spandex"? Yes Yes I would. The thing is yes its not practical but its what we all liked about the hero, comic,toy, story.

It why I hated the GI joe movie. Sure black kalvar makes sense. But I want to see Bazooka in his jersey and Chuckles in his Hawiian shirt. I want neon orange Ally vipers.

^^ But that is the problem. There have been several incarnations of Cap...so which suit do you use? Everyone has their favorite depending upon when they were born and what CA means to them.

We are children of the 70's, so we like that look. But not everyone else does...and apparently, the producers don't either.

I can live with this version. It is modern and stylized - and still faithful to what I see as Captain America. And...I've always loved the WWII version of Cap anyway.

I love teh Star Trek Wrath of Kahn type uniform Cap had in teh Ultimates WW2. Cps suit isnt bad. I was made ready by the Ultimates.

Hell teh first thing we get antsy about when a new flick comes out id teh costumes. They all look very post millienial. Theyre moving from all black of last decade to teh weird Thor, Gren Lantern scuplted rubber suits.

How aboyt a low key outfit and good acting?

Maybe they were going for Kirbyesque on Thor.

My favorite Cap outfit was teh army boots, pants and a cap t shirt. He beat down Giant man pretty bad in that outfit. Ultimate cap is a killer and doesnt need toys , not even his shield. Old school God Bless John Wayne stuff. loved it.
