That shot of the Sandtrooper just made my mouth drop.
Wish I could find at least one. Let alone a chase Sandtrooper.

Didn't realize how popular these carded figures are. We were at Target and while just there, guys came up and bought some. Didn't look like collectors, just like guys randomly shopping and coming across them. Some where surprised.
Guess this line is a big hit.

Yeah, It was tough for me to just leave those Sandtroopers hanging there. I had to grab them up because if I did not get them I know someone else would soon. I was just suprised that I found that many at one time. I just got lucky.

Yes, Some times it is amazing to see the amount of people, fans, collectors into Star Wars. Star Wars is BIG! There is a ton of people into it. A really really BIG fan base going on.

That's because there is none right for Walmart I don't think.
The vintage boxes are exclusives, The AT-AT box is TRU, the Snowspeeder, small wing TIE, and Cloud car are Targets.

That would probably explain it then why I did not see any at Wally's. I did not happen to see any at Target either that day. I am sure with the big fan base that these will not sit on the shelves long. Probably another reason why I am not seeing them. It is all about timing.

I bought one over a month ago from K-Mart. They only had a few of them. Those were gone quick. I have not seen them there since.

So what would a fair aftermarket price command?

The kicker part of it all is at one of the Wal-Mart's there was a guy kneeling directly in front of the Vintage Star Wars pegs. He was really scoping out the new AT-AT. He just kept looking at it and looking at it as he was probably undecided I thought. He must have been there for quite some time starring at it before I even entered the aisle. There was a worker that came by and ask the guy is there anything she could help him with and he said no.

In the end he finally put it back on the shelf and walked away. Probably the high price tag scared him away I am sure. I mean this guy looked at it the whole time I was there like he was really wanting to buy it, but he just could not pull the trigger. Mean while I stood almost over him pulling off all of the Sandtroopers and all of the different Chase figures.

Apparently he knew nothing of those. ??? He did not show any interest at all as to what I was doing. He was even there first. He had all of the opportunity in the world and I guess did not really know it. Thank goodness in my case or else I would have been the one standing there watching him get all of the goodies. LOL!!!

I can't stand the chase package figures and I won't give Hasbro or uncle George the $$$ for them unless I'm looking for a loose one and that is all there is on the peg, in which I have seen several times already for some figures. Then it will get opened.

I got Boba Fett, Vader, and Luke all on sale at Walmart for 5 bucks each. I wish the sale was still on because I saw C3PO yesterday and would love to get him. He was awesome in Empire.

Yoda and Wedge has been postponed... Wedge to fix a head-issue, and Yoda (the new sculpt being based on the prequel version) will get a different cardback and moved to a later assortment.
