I admit, I did buy ONE Demolition Man figure at retail.
I liked the movie and wanted one figure from it.
I think I got the one where Stalone is dressed in the police uniform.

This pick may be a controversial pick, but what about Spawn ?

I remember seeing these overpriced figures constantly sitting on whole walls of shelves with people (mostly adults) looking at them ... But I never remember ever seeing anyone actually buy them.

        Also,

        Mars Attacks

Last Action Hero: I picked up the villain in white who was supposed to be rare according to Tomart's and Lee's. I couldn't give the guy away. He's the reason I've never tried to "invest" in lines I don't collect.

Not quite 90s I don't think, but I think the local TRU finally just finally gave up and threw away the last remaining figures from the POTA remake a few months back. That stiff armed Mark Wahlberg is now in pegwarmer Hell with Secret Wars Kang.

Ultima Online. When I first started customizing 6" figures, I'd hit the KB nearby for fodder. These things were clogging up the racks, and there was really nothing you could make them into!

I think they actually made at least 3 different scales and styles.

                                1. Rip-offs of WWF LJN rubber figures (about 6" high)

                                2. Same as above but made of hollow plastic and took a battery to make them shake like they having a fit (stupidist feature ever)

                                3. 4-5" high "action figures" ... they looked really bad.

                                4. Hogan and Rodman 2-pack (out of scale with all other figures)

Thats the ones I can remember right off the bat
