Derek Hooked my Up with the Human Torch & Scarlet Spider ,.. & I recieved them today.

I must say,.. these are very nice figures. Probably the Some of the Best Paints & Sculpts Since Hasbro Got the Line. Human Torch is By far the Best incarnation of the character since they started Making Marvel Legends imo. Great stuff.

BTW... This is the Run Down For everyone out there,.. & Ares does seem a Big bigger,.. but in No way is he as Big as any of the Hulk figures.

Congrats man, I guess as much as I hate to do it, I think I'm going to hunt these down, I so want an Ares, he's a beast. I need a "Broom Head" for my collection to go with Herc and the boys.

I saw Iron Man, War Machine, Vision, Torch, Guardian, Scarlet Spidey at Wal-Mart yesterday. If you're interested, BK, let me know ASAP and I'll head there today. I might be inclined to buy Vision and Guardian if you wanted those pieces.

I haven't found the Ares series, but I did pick up the Red Hulk wave at Target tonight, plus the JLU Question and Captain Atom.

I have only scene the Red Hulk Series Once,.. with the Exception of the Black Spider-man for the set.

I finally scored the last 3 I needed on Ebay.
I was tired of waiting, & the prices for these dropped quite a bit in recent weeks. I think I payed 15 a Piece for them,.. which isn't too bad to me.

One of my Walmarts Finally stocked these,.. but someone forgot to tell them that there was more figures in the wave other than IronMan WarMachine & Spidey... Thats all they Had & 3 rows of them.


It was kinda interesting however, the yellow upc code where they stocked them said " Ultimate WarMachine" .... it didn't even say Marvel Legends,.. or Ares BAF ,.. it seems everyone is confused on this.

Well I just got the left arm (Trappy my fellow toy collector and fellow Mego head got me a right arm) and now I need a right leg and I'll be good.


Now I gotta start hunting down the Red Hulk stuff *sighs* thank God I'm getting all the heroes I wanted now so I can retire at getting these crazy *** BAFs!

Saw these at Walmart - nothing in it to interest me....Redos of the same characters again & again. Looks like there is a variant Human Torch there as well- he's darker red with lines on him like electricity or radiation or something.

Yeah, for the most part, the line didn't impress me all that much, but Greek Myth does, plus I love Ares in the comics, and I really wanted an Ares ML figure, so I have to do what I have to do..........

So far with the Ones I have,.. these are the Best Sculpted Marvel Legends Since going to Hasbro imo. With the Exception of Marvel Girl, a few of the Fing Fang Foom Figures & the WW2 Captain America.
