this toy came out in 1976 and the Earthquake movie with Charlton Heston came out in 1974 you know for a fact remco was trying to capitalize on that action

You could buy the people and trucks etc separtly in a bag too, I had the bag set but not the tower. I can remember getting in a Roses store around, 77 or so.
