My favorite Mego packaging is probably the 1975 WGSH Marvel card, especially the pics on the back. I stared at them for hours and used to try and draw them as a kid.
Also, I love the Micronauts packaging. I have little interest in collecting that line without the boxes/cards because that's such a big part of it's appeal to me.
I love the Shogun Warriors boxes, I can stare at them for hours even now and wish I had them all!Comment

I have lots of favourites, but this one has special meaning to me:
I accidently broke my first Johnny West figure that summer (about 1974 or 75) and was heartbroken. Johnny was more than a toy, he was my best friend, and I dreaded a future without the plastic cowpoke along for the ride. The toy line was starting to fade in popularity by this time, and I just couldnt find a new Johnny in the local toy departments...I thought I was sunk. Then, on Christmas morning I opened a package set prominently in front of the tree, like Santa meant it to be opened first...and there I found myself looking at the above package. Johnny was back in the saddle! My Sister received Princess Wildflower that year, so the Best of the West rode the range that Christmas Day."Crayons taste like purple!"Comment

Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic
If your mission is magic your love will shine true."Comment
